I have known Jess for almost 2 years now , and our professional relationship started with me enquiring about maternity insurance plans. Jess was knowledgeable and genuine. She ensured that whatever she shared would be useful and beneficial for me by asking for my future plans and budget, instead of simply sharing whatever she wanted to. This made the sharing on the point and not too draggy or a waste of time. What I like about HSBC life is that they cover babies' even before they're born - contrary to all other companies where u have to convert the plan only 14 days after baby's birth, in order to be able to provide documents that they don't have pre-existing medical condition.
