My boy been falling sick since March 2022, until July 2022, the sickness seems like become more and more serious with a series of vomit, fever, diarrhea, cough flu, block nose all sort of toddler common sick all happen to my boys on weekly basis.
I went to A&E, pediatric or even normal clinic, but doesn't help at all.
